Must have minimum 3-5 years experience in a managerial role, as well as a proven track record.
The successful candidate will be required to meet weekly production targets. They must be able to motivate employees, promote efficiency in production, as well as supervise and coordinate the day to day operations on production floor.
People skills are a must and moderate computer skills would be an asset.
As the successful candidate, you will enjoy Monday to Friday daytime shifts and will have the pleasure of working with a knowledgeable and experienced team of shop employees in a well-established manufacturing facility.
